About this website
This website belongs to Kara Katz, LLC, a solo psychotherapy practice in Concord, Massachusetts. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Information, not therapy
The pages and blog posts on this website are for general information only. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or therapy. Reading the site, sending a form, booking a free call or exchanging messages does not start a therapist and client relationship. That begins only when you and Kara agree to work together and you complete her intake paperwork.
Not for emergencies
This website, its forms, email and text messages are not watched around the clock and are not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Using the forms
Please give accurate contact details, and leave out health or clinical details: the forms are not the place for them. Services are for adults 18 and over in Massachusetts.
Text messages
Texts are optional and only sent if you tick the box on the contact form. The SMS Terms explain how they work, including how to reply STOP or HELP.
Fees, payments and policies
Fees are listed on the Fees page. Card payments run through a secure checkout, and your card details never touch this website. Cancellations, the Good Faith Estimate and Kara’s other practice policies are on the Policies page.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what this website collects and how it is used.
Links to other websites
Links to other websites, such as directories or the secure client portal, are offered for your convenience. Kara Katz, LLC is not responsible for their content or practices.
