Where is your office located?
My office is located at 114R Commonwealth Ave in West Concord, MA.
I noticed that you are close to public transportation - how do I get to your office utilizing the MBTA?
My office space is roughly 500 feet (according to the MBTA website) from the West Concord Commuter Rail Station. Please go to the MBTA website for train times and how to access the Commuter Rail from your location.
Once I get into your building, where do I wait?
Once you get up to the second floor, the first door on your right is the waiting room for Kara Katz, LICSW and Joseph Winn, LICSW. Kindly wait in there until you are called in for your session.
Is your office friendly to folks with mobility differences?
While I strive to be as inclusive as possible for people with all abilities, my office is currently located on the second floor of a space without an elevator. I am more than happy to offer telehealth appointments for people who are unable to utilize stairs.
Where is your office space?
If you get into the building and up to the second floor, you are welcome to come directly into my office if the door is already open. It is the second door on the right. If the door is closed, please wait in the waiting room.
Is parking available?
There is on-street parking in West Concord, as well as free parking behind 114 Commonwealth Ave.
What about bathrooms?
A bathroom is available for clients (not to the general public). Once you are on the second floor, go almost to the end of the hall (through the first doorway) take a left, and the bathroom is immediately on the right. Please note - this is a 1 person bathroom and is open to all genders.
