Group Therapy - Menopause Group (Next Cohort Starting Summer, 2026)
$50/session with a commitment to all 8 sessions.

A note on finances:
Kara is currently credentialed with Aetna and BCBS insurance plans. If you have a different insurance carrier, and out-of-network benefits, a superbill will be provided upon request for those who are seeking reimbursement from their insurance company. Kara accepts major credit cards and HSA cards.
If affording therapy is a hardship for you, please feel free to inquire about the availability of a limited number of discounted sessions.
