 Meeting Location: 

  • Zoom (Registered participants will receive a link via email). 

Meeting Dates and Time:

  • Weekly on Monday evenings via Zoom

  • Next cohort begins Spring/Summer 2026

  • $50 per session, with a commitment to 8 sessions. 

  • A limited number of hardship discounts are available

Menopause Group

Intended Participants:

  • This group is geared towards women+ in Massachusetts who are experiencing perimenopause and the menopausal transition. 

Topics Include:

  • Symptom management 

  • Mood Changes

  • Information and Misinformation around HRT

  • Self-Advocacy in a medical setting

  • Menopause and Sexuality

  • Personal Identity and “The Change”

  • …and more!
